For any changes regarding the number of guests, or dates of stay, contact us directly and we will try to satisfy your request, based on our availability
Payment of the reservation
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at check-in. A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking. The balance within 15 days of the start of the stay.
Cancellation terms
Travelers who cancel 14 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund of the amount they have already paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be entitled to a refund.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in can be done from 16:00. Check-Out cannot be done after 10:00.
